Stargazer. I find the drums insatiable.
Cozy Powell (RIP), man... I love ALS, but for me the definitive Zeppelin epic is their live version of "No Quarter" on The Song Remains the Same. "Stargazer" gets my vote as well.

Do you mean epics that never seem to end..?
Anyway, I voted for Achilles last stand, although all those choices are damn fine. It would have been too easy to vote for Awaken but I've been on a Zep recently so they get the vote this week.

I have avoided leaving an other option because everybody would choose it. Please post any epics you think don't let up.
Not entirely clear what you mean by "don't let up" but I'm going for Stargazer because the drums kick in and batter you round the head right from the start and it carries on like that for pretty much the whole song.
Before I even opened the thread, I thought.....Awaken! But I didn't understand what the thread meant....I thought it was an epic that was just pounding away without ceasing....and that's super irritating....you feel almost refreshed when the music stops.....that's Awaken to me. Not a fan of GFTO at all.
I like to feel the suspense when you're certain you know I am there.....
