giving it to the Narrow Way... always loved that one more than the more 'celebrated' ones. Not sure why.. just do. Probably sentimentality... I played that thing nonstop during a very dark period of my life and it fit it perfectly. Surprised I didn't blow my brains over all my stereo system.... most normal people play music to lift them up.. I played stuff that drug me further down.

yeah man... makes as much sense as listening to depressing music when you are getting revved up to hit the bars and churches hunting for chicks... music should match and complement your mood, not work contrary to it. Depressed.. put Floyd on. Happy.. put on some Caravan/HatN.

the B52's itches that scratch for me... their 2nd album is my sacking, pillaging and mass consumption album.

If I could vote in this poll, I would answer Dogs, with Echoes a close second. (Echoes is beautiful, but it gets points deducted off for too much dead space in the middle.)
Also, I have to wonder how the hell you have Interstellar Overdrive and A Saucerful of Secrets, but not Astronomy Domine.

Undoubtedly the Geesin/Floyd collaboration "Atom Heart Mother". I adore it. I'd sooner call it a suite than an epic, but that's not important.

I love them all, but giving APB its first vote. The live version is twice as long.
