Recently he worked with a band (that sadly were rejected in PA), Kaoll, where he show he is still in great shape.

Here you have a compilation of his guitar solos; and here there is a video of him playing with Gilberto Gil.
That guy rocks Cool
I asked that because there's a Portuguese guitarist called Filipe Mendes, but his artistic name is Phil Mendrix Tongue

^ I dont get it, its a french film who has samba? Is that it?

Som Imaginário has played with Milton Nascimento in two of his albums, and they are both great. Still in Zé Rodrix' times, with a more psychdelic aproach.

I guess that soon I'am going to do the next phase of this poll, 1976-1980-and something. Smile

I can't resist to post the Pierre Barouh's song from "Un homme et une femme". This is how I discovered that music. And Anouk Aimée is so beautiful !

I have the three albums of Bad Trip Simulator, the "Putrefaction Trilogy". Astonishing and funny sound.

And they know that, they made a parody of themselves in the concerts, wearing large monk's robes. LOL
