Le Orme is great, but Osanna made freaking Palepoli, so I voted for them on the strength of that album alone.
Two random guys agreed to shake hands. Just Because. They felt like it, you know. It was an agreement of sorts...a random agreement.

I have a couple Goblin albums and Osanna, but my vote goes to Le Orme as Contrappunti beats them all Wink

^ yep Le Orme had the longer career.. and more 'good' albums.. however the best of Osanna smoked the best of Orme as well of 98% of what most other prog groups did.  That was one HELL of musical group.. as much pure talent as any.. and could rock as hard as any.. and yet could reach such heights of beauty... and what a mesh of disparate influences all made into a very unique sound and band.
