Most advanced, complex and innovative ? Close to the Edge by far.
Two random guys agreed to shake hands. Just Because. They felt like it, you know. It was an agreement of sorts...a random agreement.

Advanced + complex + innovative is a difficult combination.

I'll go with CTTE

No pain, no gain Wink. I selected only brilliant albums , I think. Not only at criteria above, but generally.

I give lots of weight to innovation and the ability to create something unlike anything that came before so...

Crimson King -> CTTE -> Abbey Road

In The Court of The Crimson King is the clearest choice for most innovative but I voted for Close To The Edge since I feel like it has a better edge on complexity and for being more succinctly composed. There really isn't a wasted note on the whole album, which is a different approach than King Crimson, who often preferred improvisation and looser structure (solo section of 21st Century Schizoid Man, Moonchild, flute solo in the title track, etc.) to get their ideas across as opposed to meticulous composing.

nice choice of albums..

voting for the 2nd most original and innovative album, ITCOTCK, since you didn't include the single most original, innovative, and if time proves me right.. most influential prog album.

Close to the Edge is the only album on that list I would bother playing.

The question is...
Self titled or Tarkus?

That was something absolutely new in all aspects. Levin's first King Crimson appearance is amazing.

Have to give it to CttE but it would've been nice perhaps to add some RPI in it as well; Per un Amico per example has very nice compositions
