Greetings and thank you for clicking on my post. I've been aware for quite some time that I have been listed on Progarchives, with reviews and ratings for my five album releases. I suppose it's about time I registered on the forum site and participated in the occasional discussion, so I'll start here.

My latest album from a few years ago is called 'La La La: Variations On a Happy Song'. It's essentially a nine-part suite that goes through many thoughts, moods and (of course) variations; reconciling past stages of creative life with the present. It may appeal to fans of artists such as Yes, Renaissance, Rush, Genesis, Steve Hackett, Mike Oldfield and Camel.

I've noticed recently that the album has an average rating of 4.44, which is higher than many classic prog albums. Yes, I know it's only 13 ratings, but I don't know any of the people who rated it, nor did I pay them, I swear. Smile There's also a glowing review of the album from ProgShine.

I hope you'll give my music a listen. You can do so on the Bandcamp link. I look forward to any comments.
Thank you.

Perfect! Another Ontarian to support the prog movement. We used to play at the Running Pump and McMaster back in the eighties. Lots of fond memories from steel town.

Supporting any kind of prog movement in Ontario is an uphill battle, JD. I've had a go with various bands a few times over the last 15-20 years; opened for Italian band The Watch a couple of times at Hamilton Place among other things. It's hard to keep a band together when there's no money coming in to support it. I've also been lead vocalist for a Genesis tribute act that may just be starting up again.
