Soften the Glare is an upcoming supergroup comprised of Ryan Martinie (formerly of Mudvayne), Bon Lozaga of Gongzilla, and drummer Mitch Hull. Bio from their Facebook:

Soften the Glare is what happens when two different worlds collide. Ryan Martinie (Mudvayne), Bon Lozaga (Gong Expresso, Tiny Boxes) & Mitch Hull unleash an amalgamation of captivating sounds. When Lozaga & Martinie first met in LA and started talking about getting together to create some music, they didn't know what to expect. Now, as Soften The Glare, their music is evolving, bringing in elements from both their worlds and parts others. Currently their music is headed in a jazz/rock fusion direction with elements of metal, funk, prog and chaos. The band is in the process of writing their debut album.

That last line is important because they can't be added until they have a full released album, but I thought I'd get them accepted and put onto the back-burner until that point. They do have some live performances to check their validity:

There's nothing to do about them until the album gets released but feel free to remind us when that happens.

Cool song.  I kept waiting for those bass strings to pop out of their saddles!
