Hmm will it be the guy who jammed with them or his backing band... ?

We'll never know.

The Wall was the first Pink Floyd album I truly despise. To me it is a hodgepodge of PF cliches set into a incredibly commercial production. An album for the masses (who are asses) unlike Meddle, an album for those willing to spend the time to get into it. The Wall, to me, reeks of a sellout.
Joe's Garage is not my favorite Zappa by far, but I'll take it any day over The Wall.

I prefer The Wall in movie form, so Joe's it is.
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

Zappa's 'crass' phase - my least favourite period of his, though still some great music.

Both. LOL

Also, there has to be a performance where someone segues "Watermelon In Easter Hay" into "Comfortably Numb".
He looks at this world and wants it all... so he strikes, like Thunderball!

Mr. Waters gets my vote although not fully satisfied with his campaigning, it has significant both Pros and Cons

Hmm....I don't really play either much these days....I suppose 'The Wall' because of those few songs that have become iconic.
'Joe's Garage' never did much for me though I am a fan of Zappa in general.

Although The Wall isn't by far the best Floyd record, it gets my vote anyway.

The Wall +1
