While I can certainly see why it could be considered boring, my first impression was of an album needing a bit of time to connect with.

Clapsometimes those are the best of albums... the ones that grow on you...some times not. Some times the best ones are the ones that knock you sideways on the first listen.. and continue to do after 100's of listens.

digging Little Ian's radio show... glad to see he finally ditched the Dull overkill.. In fact.. he just played The Raven... always cool to see the tykes musical frontiers mature and  expand. He seemed at at loss to explain the group but  yeah.. that worked. The Raven rules.
