Dream Wife - same
Spirit - Dr. Sardonicus

"Dream Wife" is another grand find for 2018 (pop though, not prog.)  If anyone tries to tell you there is no more "good, fun, or inspired" pop music out there, show them this clip (part of the full KEXP performance).
A little Garbage, a little Sugarcubes, a little Blondie, with a dose of L7 perhaps?

Most of all though, this guitarist just slays me with her playful playing style.

love that album so much. That one and “Todd” were the first I heard by him, and both are as comfy to me as warm toast.

I listen to lots of non-prog on YT, so some of those are just modern rock bands....still some  cool stuff though.  I also get tips from my millennial nieces on stuff to check out.

Jim, not familiar with those more recent bands Citizen and Turnover.  From google search, seem interesting in styles.

Also Anthony (dragon) mentioned Kraan, I have yet to try them but have been meaning to since I have a bit of the fusion bug in me.

Last few days:
Big Big Train - Folklore

Picked up at CD/Record show:
"New" Goblin - Live in Roma (fantastic live album!)
The Strawbs - Dragonfly
ELO - Time
Legs Diamond - A Diamond is a Hard Rock
Focus - Live at the Rainbow (had this many moons ago in 8-track, great to hear again)
