Ta Det Lungt used to be my favorite one until Alas Sak came.

This was only a first listen of `Ta Det Lungt', mate, and I probably only just got over the three-quarter way before running out of time, but it seemed decent, although very much indie/psych pop/rock with much less `proggy' bits (but it's not as if they're really much of a `prog' band as such anyway!). I picked up that one and `Skit I Allt' for a few dollars each at a recent second hand, sad that someone ditched them but at least I rescued them!

`Alas Sak' is great! And thank you, you always encouraged me to go and see the band, and their performance last year in Melbourne was one of the highlights of the year for me! I even got Reine Fiske to sign my old Paatos and Morte Macabre LP's!

Hope you're been well, my friend!

Heh, will likely get that review posted when I get home in an hour or so, mate. I'm going to tear that guitar and kazoo guy to shreds!

Is `Gammapolis' any good? I've got the LP of it but have never listened to it enough to form a firm opinion of it.

LOL Looking forward to read it Thumbs Up

It was my first listen and only knew "Time Robber" before. The production and vocals seem a bit better and the music is more Pop than before, but I think it's still a lovely album.

^Got to see Lustmord perform in Lublin last year - fantastic. One hour of huge, bassy hum. I could feel my insides vibrating. And the background film he prepared to go with the music was really hypnotizing.

Over thethe last few days:
Sun Araw - The Inner Treaty
Zacht Automaat - Disturbed Ground
Boards of Canada - Boc Maxima
Bobby Beausoleil - The Lucifer Rising OST
3/4 of Tangerine Dream - Zeit

Labradford - A Stable Reference (twice)

These two albums, especially Labradford, are so great for driving through the absolutely stunning Blue Ridge mountain range. Besutiful sights and sounds today and yesterday.

Friday:
Yellow Magic Orchestra - s/t
Alan Parsons Project - Pyramid
Carlos Paredes - Guitarra Portuguesa
Tangerine Dream - Quichotte (I don't remember if I listened to this one before. Part two is amazing!)
Traffic - On the Road (Sounds like every track is extended to exhaustion.)
Banda do Casaco - Também Eu (Easily their album with less lyrics, obviously António Pinho left the band. Got to love the soothing wordless vocals of Né Ladeiras though.)
Bruno Pernadas - How Can We Be Joyful in a World Full of Knowledge? (By listening to his music, that's how!)

Sunday:
Forma - Physicalist
Iron Kim Style - s/t
Alan Parsons Project - Tales of Mystery and Imagination
Michael Garrison - Prisms (Much nicer as a background listen.)
Pink Floyd - A Saucerful of Secrets (I easily prefer this one over the debut.)

Monday:
Papir - Stundum
Culpeper's Orchard - s/t
Tangerine Dream - Hyperborea
