Two random guys agreed to shake hands. Just Because. They felt like it, you know. It was an agreement of sorts...a random agreement.

Believe me I've heard a lot of new albums this year, but only one of these - the Anima Mundi effort.  It's a very good album, and I like the new vocalist, but it's certainly not as good as Jagannath Orbit or The Way.

So far just the Yugen and Thank You Scientist; I own other albums by Kayo Dot and Swans, and I know nothing about the others.

The one by Thank you scientist was a painful listen for me. Boring at first, headache-inducing later, forgettable in general. That kind of music, in that pace, should not exceed the 50 minute mark, in my opinion. Their first album did that and lost some points for me, but this one is almost 70 minutes long.

9 of them :
Yugen - Death By Water
Thank You Scientist - Stranger Heads Prevail
Kayo Dot - Plastic House On Base Of Sky
Anima Mundi - I Me Myself
The Mercury Tree - Permutations
Swans - The Glowing Man
Vespero - Lique Mekwas
Tusmørke - Ført Bak Lyset
Syndone - Eros & Thanatos

IMO "Anima Mundi" and "Thank you scientists" album are a 5 star albums and after them , I like "Vespero","Swans" and "Syndone" more than others. Honestly I listen to "Kayo Dot" , "Yugen" and "Tusmorke" only one time.  "The Mercury Tree" is not catch me yet.
