I don't think there is a bad song on the album. It is a concept album and each piece is part of the whole. No vote.

I'm not a huge fan of any of the songs on this album (except maybe Any Colour You Like), but I'd say On The Run is the least interesting.

Given that Speak to me struggles to be classed as a song and a large portion of it can only be heard at max volume it gets my vote.

The Great Gig in the Sky, the only bad song on the album. Those awful soul vocals ruin it.

What? Money is one of the best Floyd songs; 7/4 sig and amazing, dynamic and long Gilmour solo. Speak To Me works great as an intro, builds up the tension very well. On The Run it is! Wright didn't even play it at that pace and... well, the sound (effects) of it are minimal compared to what he did in Welcome To The Machine.

I've always hated Money... almost as much as Money For Nothing. 7/4 or not - it still sounds like awful pub rock.
