It's impossible to speak of Magma and Zeuhl and not sound pretentious.

a German would actually have no problem at all to pronounce "Zeuhl". if it were a German word it would be pronounced exactly the same way

Most closely approximated as "tsoil", apparently.

mmmhhh!!!... I used to think that how it should've been pronounced, but I've had conversations with Vander since (not necessarily about that precise subject), and he doesn't pronounced it at all that way

He pronounces it pretty much like a French person would try to read it, when first encountering the word in a text. (no "t" at at all in the word at all, or nothing soindling like "oil" either.

This was kind of a surprise to me, since my pronouciation came from other more-experienced "zeuhl" fans

I don't pronounce it. I ignore it. Which I find quite satisfactory.

Zeuhl is best pronounced much the the same way that certain non-French speakers who are imitating French speakers might pronounce "The Owl", but with a German accent: "Zee Ool" or "Zee Üll". For example, "Zee üll Ïzz dëh hündin' zee mouze."

The meaning is the same of the Italian word "cielo" and I think it should sound like "Tschuul" or "Sjuul"

AFAIK the correct pronunciation is, in IPA, [zøl], something like the German word Söhl, if such a word existed, would be pronounced.

"What does Elvish rock music sound like?" - "Yes."
