I'm not a huge metalhead, but I might be inclined to pick either Sinner by Judas Priest. Or maybe Pantera's Cowboys From Hell. 

Of those two, options, probably Master of Puppets.

impossible to choose, metal has grown to have so many subgenres that the subgenres have their own subgenres. Big smile

Maybe something from Testament - Practice What You Preach
Slayer - South of Heaven (the whole album is great, my favorite from them)
Iron Maiden - so many great songs - classic Maiden - Infinite Dreams, later day - Nomad.

I'll go MoP in this one, it's definitely a more complex and demanding song making it much more enjoyable for me, but Maiden are leagues stronger than ol' 'tallica.
