After much false advertising, it appears that "Jethro Tull" (!) are performing at the Byron Bay Blues festival in April next year. See here http://www.bluesfest.com.au/schedule/detail.aspx?ArtistID=342

Prior to this, "Tull" will also be performing in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. Following this, they will tour NZ...see here for dates http://jethrotull.com/tour-dates/

Not going. I yearn for Martin's return to the fold and also for Anderson to stop singing...... if you can call his Popeye-the-sailor-man vocal impersonation, singing.

It ain't Tull.

Too much outlay to hear IA non-sing with a 9quite good) band backing him. Trouble is it's not even like a tribute band now. Heard TAAB 2 and thought, oh... no. Not that it's bad as such. Just what there is left of Tull is so ... well ersatz.

One thing nearly as bad.

Rainbow's pub band backing.

Time to find a new life.

Seeing it is Bluesfest, it would be cool to hear Tull play all of This Was. The lineup doesn't look too shabby actually. Pity it is the other side of the country.

So true, it hurts . . .
Welcome to the middle of the film.
