I like to suggest DSR Lines, a Belgian electronic act headed by David Edren. His/their music is found on Bandcamp, and that's where I discovered them. This is totally retro electronic music often influenced by the Berlin School, with a minimalist influence, but make no doubt the undeniable progressive electronic nature of it. He's used a Buchla, Serge Modular, ARP 2500, Theramin, and other equipment. There are many releases, but most of them were only available as limited edition vinyl, cassettes, and (in the case of earlier material) CD-Rs. Luckily a lot of it is available on Bandcamp (at least the downloads, as the cassettes and vinyl seem to sell out pretty quickly) can be found right here and you can get to hear full releases:

I really enjoyed this quite a bit, and I really highly recommend this stuff, too bad much of this was available on solid format only as limited editions.

Not my cup of tea at all, but it seems to more-or-less meet the PA definition of Prog Electronic, and the guy is classed as that on RYM: http://rateyourmusic.com/artist/dsrlines.

Review of the latest release 'Analogie van de Dageraad' here: http://www.fluid-radio.co.uk/2016/01/dsr-lines-analogie-van-de-dageraad/.

Old video from a live show at the "I Never Liked Neon Until I Met You" exhibition by Dennis Tyfus at Stella Lohaus Gallery in Antwerpen, May 2008.

Pity the visual effects prevent you from actually seeing the performance itself though. Ermm

We await Alex's response to the proposal for inclusion now. Smile
