... And got tired of "Like" buttons or something.
... And got tired of kinda fake news.
... And got sick of dirty information gathering.

Enough is enough. Bye f***book.

I don't know, I take the good with the bad!

For every b*****d I've encountered, for every pretend `female' that's tried to scam me, I've made some pretty good Prog contacts (Hi Yoshiko of the Italian Prog!) and established some great friendships, several spilling over from the Archives here. Very grateful and thankful that they'd even want to, to be honest.

Plus, I'm obsessed with that Criminal Case game, which I wouldn't be able to play without Facebook!

I visit facebook quite often, but I am not a very frequent poster. I am member of two groups (one related to a prog band, the other has to do with a hobby I practice every now and then). And there are two games I like to play on facebook.
But I have some objections. I loathe the begging for liking and sharing. And I am not inclined to put my everything on display. Moreover, I think that those "social media" have too much power over many people, just like those addictive smartphones (which I stubbornly refuse to use).

To me, facebook remains veestboek, the book of farts and burps, after a forgotten word in my native language.

Thanks all. Cool

Not absorbed nor addicted in fb world but it's a tad better I might use fb as kinda way of contact.
There are some good friendship in fb indeed but it's also true I've found some dirty quarrels around here ... no way. Unhappy

Sure I'll be away until finishing important exams in August and September ... cannot keep much info in my brain ugh. Dead
