I'd say most of ELP's first album is filled to the brim with keyboards.
Maybe Premiata Forneria Marconi's Storia di Un Minuto too.
"All the iron turned to rust;
All the proud men turned to dust
And so all things, time will mend
So this song will end"

Thanks for the link...  Have not managed to get this album yet,  but managed to get Revere Reach and Briney Hooves..

His piano work sounds really good...  Not sure what the Cardiacs sound like,  do not own any of their albums.

I really love to hearing him without the quartet... just Bill and the piano and some really far out stuff.

Renaissance has a lot of romantic piano playing although often more classical than jazzy.

Rick Davis side of Supertramp and some of Rodgers supertramp tracks is full of grand piano. Some melodic but also Rick could do intricate things as well. The solo on Child of Vision is genious.

for what it worth.. that album has bumrushed itself into my hypothetical 10 favorite modern prog albums list if I ever decided to make one. What a fabulous album.. do yourself a favor and make it a point to get it.

The album closer on that most certainly has made my top 5 modern prog song list.... again.... if I ever decided to make one haha

I go with something probably new to people here but sure more "progressive" and that really smokes so many piano 'prog' when it comes to elegant and beautiful piano music. I'm talking about Billy Joel, his album "Fantasies & Delusions" is sheer brilliance.
