If I had to pick one on the list it would be UK, but 1978 was also the year of Studio Tan, What If, Are We Not Men? and The Rutles, among others.

The weakest two are my favourite bands (Genesis and Yes). Give it to Renaissance.

Any album is worthy. (Except Tormato).

For me, it was a choice from three - Rush, UK, and Yes.
I think Tormato might just be my favourite from those three, but as I knew it would have no chance of winning, I gave my vote to UK, as I figured it had some tough competition, and it’s a more enjoyable album (in my opinion) than that competition. |

That's not a soundtrack. More like a rock opera/concept album.

War of the Worlds with Tom Cruise could've been so much better if it had Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds as the soundtrack.

From the list I vote for Tor... oh no, for UK. Saga's debut album would have been a contender too.

Voted for U.K..
Would have voted for Anthony Phillips's Wise After the Event, had it been an option.
