off the top of my head Squarepusher - Papalon and Todd Terje - Alfonso Muskedunder are above 160bpm. those are kinda related to dnb, there's a lot of metal/mathcore based songs i could try to remember, if you prefer

80bpm is harder... i think there is a great section from maudlin of the well - an excerpt from 6 000 000 000 years, not entirely instrumental. some sigur ros and general post rock aswell
