Some people say that Black Sabbath (for me it`s the first heavy metal group)
has some prog elements .Do you know that band .Do you also think that Sabbath would be on
this prog rock music page?

They're not prog at all! I've never heard any prog elements in any of their songs, either. I really like them, but I don't find them prog at all.

You guys definitely need to listen to Sabbath Bloody Sabbath....I
suppose you could argue on this subject for ages but I definitley think
the prog element is present enough for the Sabs to deserve a mention.
Heavy or hard rock bands dabbling with prog textures is often
fascinating and produces great albums...esp Sabbath Bloody Sabbath and
Deep Purple's Fireball.
I think there may be some on this site who are just a bit too precious about it.....
