This band belongs here, but are a bit hard to classify. Their early albums are like Ruins but in short, technical, grindcore-y blasts. With each successive album, they've added elements of drone and post-rock. Their most recent album Khawagaka eschews a lot of the metallic and math rock influences and is more in the realm of Swans or Oneida.
I think Zeuhl is the strongest fit, given the spiritual nature of their work and the bizarre vocals. Regardless, a highly underappreciated band. Here are their last two albums: https://open.spotify.com/album/0xQexWadNWSekdDZDx9OkS?si=dlGu2_POSGKvfDW97EwSGg Edited by Polymorphia - April 16 2019 at 10:04 |

I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect. |

Not sure about Zeuhl, but Avant looks like a good place. Putting on chart.

I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution
