A couple of gems from the mid 70's to choose from.

Even though I love the One Size Fits All, we are comparing it against King Crimson.

Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect. |

No vote. I have not heard One Size Fits All, but Starless and Bible Black does not fit me.

Very tough call. Went with OSFA, but love SABB too...

It's very, very close, but King Crimson gets my vote.

I need to re-listen to that Zappa album as soon as I can (it's been too long) and then vote and express an opinion.

Two random guys agreed to shake hands. Just Because. They felt like it, you know. It was an agreement of sorts...a random agreement.

Starless and Bible Black is some distance from my favourite KC but then One Size is not my top Zappa either (if somewhat closer to the top), and KC still just about nicks it.

One size easy. Night watchman is the only cool track on Starless

All I like is prog related bands beginning late 60's/early 70's. Their music from 1968 - 83 has the composition and sound which will never be beaten. Perfect blend of jazz, classical, folk and rock.

There’s probably 1000 better prog related albums in the 70s than Starless
