^ I'm the sole vote for Stationary Traveller so far.  But I know it has its fans.
Honestly, though Single Factor is the weakest, even it is what I would call a good album.  Too many well crafted songs there to give it a thumbs down, and it also fit with the times, though not as well as ST.  ICSYHFH is very good IMO, though it has a few weak songs.  The Rupert Hine production tends to alter a band's sound, but it worked wonders for Saga at least commercially.  If you listen to Rupert Hine's albums you will hear the resemblance

Stationary Traveller is a great album aven if it would have been probably better with less fairlight, but there's Rajaz in the list. I've had a chat by mail with Colin Bass recently, and we discussed his fretless bass on Pressure Points. It's a pity that what he did on the live version hasn't found room in the studio album.

yeah the live version of "Pressure Points" from the album of the same name is incredible.  My version of stationary traveller has the short version so I haven't heard the studio long version.  The fretless bass on Fingertips is fantastic too.  I don't understand the frequent complaints about Cloak and Dagger Man.  Yes it's commercial but it's much stronger than most of what so called prog bands were putting out then.  Not surprisingly similar to APP, who might have had a hit with it if they had recorded it

Another case of first love - I first saw Camel on their 'I Can See Your House' tour when they added the legendary Kit Watkins to their line up.  Great stuff - gets my vote and includes the monumental 'Ice'.

Another vote for Rain Dances for me. Breathless is one I mostly like too. I could never get into Nude, I bought it from a second hand record shop and later sold it back to them.

A friend loaned me Rajaz years ago saying it was really good but I didn't find it did much for me, unlike the first 6 albums.

Rain Dances. Like Breathless as well. Probably the Canterbury influence. Tried Nude and Rajaz but to me they didnt do much.
I also have ICSYHFH which icecapart I really don't like, in fact it put me off Camel, for a few years.

Nude. A satisfying concept album. And hats off to Teruo Nakamura, the last Japanese soldier to surrender in 1974 after being discovered in Morotai, Indonesia.

I like Stationary Traveler too. Just prefer Breathless to it. I could have also voted for Rajaz. Just because an album scores a single vote in a poll doesn't mean it isn't any good.
