The instrumental based tracks are awesome. Those being Construction of light and Fraktured and to a lesser degree Larks part 4. But holy f**k the rest of it is a headache.

I really dislike FraKctured compared to Fracture.
MacGyver can do a super guitar solo with a broom and an elastic band. Can you do better?

No. No it's not.

It's really quite good. Of that period, Power to Believe and Thrak are probably stronger, but it's still a belter.

With ReconstruKction of Light now out, the drums do sound much better, as does the whole thing.
The damage that we do is just so powerfully strong we call it love

The damage that we do just goes on and on and on but not long enough.

I enjoyed it. It's got a nice atmosphere, but they do have better albums (specially considering The Power to Believe, from the same line-up). I particularly remember and like Larks part 4 (with it's coda).

It's my favourite of their post-70s albums.

I think it's definitely better than Thrak. Even though both FraKctured & Larks' Four harken back to the past, both really cook.

It much more normal sounding. The purely electronic drums gave it a very cold, robotic feel (which was definitely a part of it's whole package). The new version gives it a bit more human touch, for better or worse.

Does anyone know if the original is still available now that the new version is being made?
