OSI is one of my favorite and one of the most innovative and different-sounding bands of the 21st century, merging prog metal with electronica and ambient, the band achieved a very experimental and intriguing sound, on top of the fantastic cast of musicians that have been involved in this project (Jim Matheos, Kevin Moore, Gavin Harrison, Mike Portnoy, Steven Wilson, Mikael Akerfeldt, Sean Malone, Joey Vera, Tim Bowness). So, we take a look at the fellow forum users' favorite album by the band. For the ones that do not know, I highly recommend listening to their debut, as an introduction; It will also be my choice for favorite release!

Blood, it's not gonna get a lot of votes anyway. I could be wrong.
Love this band, two great musicians here, I wish they made new music together again.

^As far as I know, the band hasn't been disbanded, so there is, I hope, a possibility that they will record something sooner or later.

it's a side project for both musicians. I just wish Jim and Kevin got together and make some music together. A while ago, Jim had a project called Tuesday the Sky, Kevin did some arranging on one of the songs. Now I wish they did a full album together. There was some news of Kevin doing a new Chroma Key a while ago. It never happened unfortunately.

I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect. |

The first album was incredible.
Free was OK. Blood is unmatched. Fire is kinda "meh..."
