2006 was pretty damn good! Some albums I really enjoy quite a lot in this poll, but no album can stand above my all-time favorite from this year and this band - 'Milliontown' by Frost*! It hardly gets better than this, highly recommended album. What is your favorite from 2006?

I have to confess to not knowing any of the albums in your poll (which probably comes as no surprise), so I had to look elsewhere for a favourite prog album from 2006, even though it's a compilation.

My second choice for 2006 would've been Rick Wakeman's Retro album.

My favourite Mars Volta album gets the nod ( I think Frost* went onto to better things although Milliontown is decent)
