I voted for Alucard, btw - an awesome and under-known track. But when I really wanna feel amped, it's not generally prog I go for.
That'll do it, if PLAYED LOUD.

Wish I could properly vote, but I’m rooting for Mirage and Alucard in spirit! All awesome picks.

First vote for Kansas.
Also, it would have to be a pretty old dragon for "Orion" to work...

I would think some progressive power metal would fit this bill and what more appropriate band than RHAPSODY (OF FIRE) "Dragonland's Rivers" would do nicely from this album |

If you are fighting a dragon, it's always handy to have an ogre with you....

to take the place of the mud shark in your mythology... |

When it comes to fighting dragons I'm with brave Sir Robin:

This is hard. All are excellent pieces, and it's not easy to pick one over the other. I'll have to think hard before I can vote.

These particular songs just get me amped up, every time I listen to Dio I always think "god damn, I gotta find the nearest dragon and slay it!" Or maybe storm a dungeon? Pillage a small harbour? I don't know, but I need your help picking the soundtrack to whatever medieval scheme i'm up to! Feel free to rank these, cause I can't!
