I am going to go with L'auberge for now. Such a beautiful piece of music this is, I love music with orchestras. Nine Feet Underground is only #2 here. L'auberge reminds me of Yes a little bit at the beginning during the Hunting We Shall Go Part, and then gets into this orchestral part, which I find to be stellar, and makes me feel romantic hearing it. It is saying something when this song is as good as certain other prog rock epics in my book. That is where but for Caravan was I.

I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect. |

Whoa! Tough one! Caravan have produced more of my favorite LP suites than any other band!
1. L'auberge du Sanglier/A hunting we shall > 2. Can't Be Long Now/Françoise/For Richard > 3. Derek's Long Thing > 4. Nine Feet Underground > 5. The Dabsong Conshirtoe > 6. The Love in Your Eye/To catch me a brother > 7. With an Ear to the Ground > 8. Memory Lain-Hugh/Headloss > 9. Where I but for Caravan > 10. Be allright/Chance of a lifetime > 11. Nothing At All/It's Coming Soon

Nine Feet Underground is an obvious choice, but when it comes to albums I prefer If I could do It...or, if you prefer, IICDIAOAIDIAOY |
