Cameron Graves is an American jazz pianist and occasional vocalist from Los Angeles, who originally became known as a founding member of West Coast Get Down, a loose collective of LA musicians who blend jazz, rock, classical and hip-hop. He rose to bigger prominence through his association with saxophonist Kamasi Washington and bassist Stanley Clarke, with whom he has performed live and on record. Since 2017 he has released two studio albums on Mack Avenue Records in a jazz fusion style similar to that of Tigran Hamasyan and Chick Corea. His solo debut "Planetary Prince" was described by Washington as "an amazing and almost unbelievable combination of modal jazz, romantic era European classical music, and mathematical death metal".
