I'm not quite sure what to say other than anybody remotely interested in progressive metal should listen to this: The album is orchestral, gorgeous, epic, and--get ready for this--progressive! The playing is perfect, and the vocals are outstanding--especially the clean vocals. Even those who aren't big fans of death metal should lend an ear. The growls do integrate well into the songs, and there's really not that much in the way of harsh singing.
If anything, at least listen to the first track, "Exhaler." Absolutely beautiful.
