So it appears that most Italian prog bands could only make one album during the 70s(ex. Museo Rosenbach, Maxophone, Alphataurus, etc). Have any of those one album musicians ever played on another one of those albums before. I know that Area and PFM had multiple albums, but Patrick Divjas of Area did replace Giorgio Piazza in PFM(kind of like how Richard Sinclair replaced Doug Ferguson in Camel). I also know that the brother of Osanna's guitarist played on Cervello.
Stefano "Lupo" Galifi did play in Il Tempio Delle Clessidere and also had a solo album, but that was more recent. This thread is for musicians that happened to play on more than one of the "one-album" Italian prog bands.

There's a bloody lot of them. It also depends on the inclusion of non-prog acts, too. Wikipedia and Discogs may help your search. Recently I was digging Ricky Gianco who is on PA with his one-album outfit "Disco Dell'Angoscia" by "Ultima Spiaggia" Gianco has a quite huge discography and various collaborations from prog to rock

Acqua Fragile's Bernardo Lanzetti jumped ship and became PFM's lead vocalist on the studio albums Chocolate Kings, Jet Lag, and Passpartu.
