Nice one . .

Marillion and IQ (although it only allowed one vote).
Welcome to the middle of the film.

IQ was my only vote... these days, I'd go Anathema in the 2nd choice..

IQ by the tiniest margin over Marillion.

Multiple votes are not activated, so I'll stick to Marillion.
Otherwise I would have added a vote for Dream Theater. IQ could have had it if it started with Are You Sitting Comfortably... (though my preferred run would be Tales From the Lush Attic, The Wake, Nomzamo).

DT and Frost*, but the DT debut doesn't do much for me yet the Frost* debut is their masterpiece.

1. IQ
2. Metallica / Marillion (if it had been Script instead of Seasons, I would have put it first)

Some observations when putting my runs together - all just my opinions obviously!!

DT and Marillion have too many weak albums - DT in particular - I don’t really like Awake but I wanted to include them….

IQ - well I really could have included almost any of their runs, except for the last one….

It Bites - EMISL is their weakest album but sits in the middle, any run of 3 is still very good though!

The Kings X run is incredible and would have been 3rd on my list, with Metallica 4th….or maybe Marillion….

😊

IQ. If I have to pick a second one, I guess Ayreon (like the two bookends, but not so much the middle album). I'm pleased to be a pelican on Tuesdays.
