That was a good year for prog! Several of my favorite 2007 releases are not featured in the poll.

Maybe it's the head-banging emoji, but somehow, I get the impression that none of those four albums would appeal to me. Tongue

The Sum of No Evil is one of the greatest albums ever made while Snakes and Arrows isn't even one of the best Rush albums. ಠ_ಠ

Riverside - Amorphis - PT

I've always liked REM, but the Amorphis is a gem of an album too and their strongest of that era... unfortunately on this site, I can't see it picking up (m)any votes... whereas over on Metal Storm, it would probably do very well in a 2007 poll.
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

They're still making cakes in Uranus. That's why the rings aren't as prominent. They're also known for their pies, bulldozers, and the occasional ostrich song.

For me as a Rushionado the year 2007 was The Return Of Rush, with the Snakes & Arrows album, that sounded as I love the trio between 1976 and 1987, and what a tour it was! R.I.P. Neil Peart.
