Do you mean Cockney Rebel? That's the *band* Steve Harley started before moving towards solo. With vocals/acoustic guitar, keyboards, violin, bass, and drums, they had the right setup for prog, even if that wasn't their speciality. Sort of in the area of middle-period Curved Air. Their first album has some highlights (Death Trip), and second (such as the title track The Psychomodo).
