Sorry to say, but your vocals are terrible. Have you relistened to what you have recorded? In a listener's shoes would you download your song?

What I can say is:

first: keep trying. In my opinion this song is a failure, but this shoudln't stop you from trying and making better.
second: Always relisten to your stuff and decide whether it's good enough to be shared or not.
third: learn from errors. Try to understand where you have gione out of tune and retry.

Honestly, I haven't been brave enough to listen to it entirely, but if you aren't able to sing better and still want to be a songwriter, find somebody who can sing on your behalf.

Maybe the next attempt will be better.

I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

^He must have taken it personally. It's a dead link now.

It was always a dead link because it isn't formatted properly.  I listened to it last night by just taking the proper parts from it.

Just not sure why a prog rock forum is the proper place for that.

There really isn't a proper place for that composition on the internet. My suggestion? If you can't at least sing in tune, take up checkers. That was satire-level horrid.

I agree with all the comments about the vocals. Also it doesn't sound proggy at all so doesn't really belong here.

True, it needs to be moved out of the prog lounge.

Are you a computer programmer or someone who has studied HTML? ;)

Anyway, I'm sure voice lessons might help (or not ;)).
