Well Eurovision 2025 has come to a close, and I have to say that this year went quite well, much better than than clusterf**k sh*tshow that unraveled last year. I'm glad that most artists got along this time around, the juries didn't street team a winner, and no contestant was booted for violence. But also f**k you Nemo for the antisemitic message, and the protestors who made violent gestures toward Yuval. You were the only problem with the contest this year, and in the latter case the Swiss police supposedly apprehended them, so good. Wish the EBU did something about Nemo, but it's whatever.

[redacted my statement about JJ and Thomas]

And now for the focus of this post, the runner up Yuval Raphael, overall second place, who won first place in the televote. Queen, you absolutely slayed that performance! You're voice is absolutely incredible and your staging was absolutely perfect. The composition by Keren Peles was... whatever but this lyrics were lazy and vapid. The French was random and weird, and the whole thing should have just been sung in Hebrew, however, only Yuval could have still turned that song into a memorable show highlight and stand out among the others. Her smile was gracious, her attitude infectious, and her overall vibe just perfect! She handled the negative press, the booing, the protestors, and the pressure with pride and her charisma was outstanding. Girl, you are an empowered woman and the best possible face you could have given our homeland in these dire times. I could not have asked for a better representative nor could have handled it nearly as well as you did.

I say f**k it to those claiming we "cheated" or "bought" votes lol I paid one euro to vote for Yuval, and I got nothing in exchange except a satisfied purchase. You see, there's philosophy that "no press is bad press" and by giving Yuval so much attention, for free may I remind you, you attracted more people to pay attention to her, making her stand out more, and thus generate more support. And those who allegedly "boycotted," congratulations, you just made the pool of people who didn't vote against her smaller. Without the jury, whom voted mostly meritoriously this year, unlike some previous years, and had a fairly diverse spread of votes, Yuval would have won in a complete landslide... like it's not even close. [redacted statement about JJ]

Anyway, we love you Yuval <3 You made us all very proud!

And all with that said, I'll leave off with this iconic moment:
