Is anyone familiar with this band, I heard them refered to as prog-viking metal. I dig both prog metal and viking metal so I was intrigued. I heard 1 song online which doesnt seem all that proggy. Are they very proggy and what are their best cds?

In my opinion it is prog metal, blending folk, black, traditional, and prog-ish influences into a very unique sound.  His best album is Cosmic Genesis (which has a very cool cover of Uriah Heep's Rainbow Demon on it) and here's the first song on that album...

Vintersorg is pretty good.  If you like viking metal, I'm sure you heard Thyrfing...they're awesome too!
