Topic: Circulus - Lick On The Tip Of An Envelope Posted: November 21 2005 at 00:23 |
Whilst going through my recommendations on Amazon, I came across
Circulus - The Lick On The Tip Of An Envelope, Yet To Be Sent. It
has good reviews and is Prog apparently, here is the blurb:
'The Lick On The Tip Of An Envelope Yet To Be Sent' is the debut album
from UK based outfit Circulus. Managing to combine the sounds of
Seventies prog rock, medieval chamber music, and avant-garde folk rock,
the album has been described asa mix between Jethro Tull, Emerson,
Lake, And Palmer, and Blackmore's Night.
Has anyone heard this? It sounds promising. If someone can
let me know, that'd be great. I think it's 2005 release too, so
could it be a contender for prog album of the year?
