Come on...I don't like complaining, but Muse is just a heavy version of Radiohead, without the experimentation...I can't believe they made it into the archives before System of a Down (a heavier, but a true progressive band..not neccesiarily coming from a traditionalist point of view.)  I don't think much consideration went into that choice

Do you guys even know what you're talking about? SoaD is prog whether you like them or not, they are.

My avatar is the vocalist of glam rock/brit pop band Suede (aka the London Suede in USA). They were once good before the guitarist left the band. Albums to hear: self titled debut and 'Dog Man Star.'

what the hell please tell me you were born without the ability to hear!!! I've heard their first album or whatever, and it's just pure f**kin chaos... chaos in a f**kin bad way.. No its the mentioning of "System of a down"... damn do i hate hearing people saying they're prog... And same with Muse, same with Radiohead.. so many bands dont deserve to be Prog...

Ones personal taste seems to rule what comes onto the progarchives now. As in a popularity contest, election, or whatever you want to call it. More people want Muse than not, I am in the minority and the Muse is probably here to stay.

Not quite...Muse have been caregorised as Prog related, so not ACTUALLY prog!
