The new Vanden Plas album "Christ.0" will be released on the 24th of February 2006. It is a concept album inspired by Alexandre Dumas' novel "The Count of Monte Cristo". Bear with me I'm not that good at this kind of thing but I'll have a go. There one of the more melodic prog metal bands, I dont know about their first four releases but on BD they made a lot of use of changing from acoustic passages to heavy growling guitar rifs. They have one of the best bass playes I've ever heard as well, Torsten Reichart |
