I suppose a lot of you have heard the version of "I Talk to the Wind" that is the album "Tokyo Tapes". His it just me or that song never sounded better? I think the guitar-playing from Steve Hackett gives it a whole new life. Any opinions on that?
Bigger on the inside.

Hi Kotro I´m from Portugal too (contact me! email: [email protected]).

Yes it is indeed a nice rendition of the song, specially live. Anyway maybe I still prefer the "old" studio version.

It´s a really good live album, also featuring a nice version of ITCOTCK.

Cheers!!

I have to hear it... in the 90s I saw a MTV version of "I talk to the wind" if not brilliant was at least respectful.

BTW, at the IOL frontpage there's an ad about The Musical Box, in Portugal... don't lose it, friends!

"Foi bonita a festa, pá/Fiquei contente e ainda guardo renitente/Um velho cravo para mim".

Yes, the guitar part is really beautiful. No wonder why Fripp said that
Steve Hackett wold have been his ideal replacement if a reunion of
the original line-up had taken place!
