I went to three big bookstores and they couldn`t order it. It doesn`t appear to have an ISBN no. Absolutely nothing.

They want over $ 200 for it on Amazon ! I mean I`d pay that for a Céline Dion book but this is crazy.

As a not too long shot, you could always contact Sid Smith direct - he is a member of PA - and ask if he can sell you one direct or at least point you in the right direction to find a reasonably priced copy????????
Amazon.Uk are also overpricing the book (to my disbelief)

Why the freak is it selling for so much. Can`t Sid do something about this ! This bloody internet has spiralled out of control! The whole planet is out of control ! As much as I love the band A book about them is not worth more than a week`s worth of groceries. I can eat carrots. I can`t eat King Crimson ! I wonder what Bob would think of this?
