Any NOFX fans around here?

Guys I need your help! I own only one CD from this band, 'RIBBED' and I just find it incredible, because of it's lyrics, attitude, guitar riffs and dynamism.. Is it the best? What other cd from this band would you recommend me to follow with? Thanks!!

NOFX used to my favorite band.

I would get  White Trash Two Heebs and Bean, I Heard They Suck Live, and S & M Airlines.  I hear a lot of people say Punk In Drublic is their best.  That's actually one of my least favorite albums by them.  By the way, Ribbed is an awesome album!

I actually like NOFX a lot.

Ribbed is one of their best albums, for sure. With "White Trash, Two Heebs, and a Bean" they started to sound a bit more...poppy, I suppose. Still, it was all quality material to my ears.

"The Decline" is pretty good -- it's an 18 minute song released as an EP. I don't agree with their politics at all, but I enjoy their music.

"Punk In Drublic" is great, and also their most hailed album (it went Gold in the US).

They're a very talented band.

NOFX used to be one of my favorite bands too. I don't agree with their politics either, but for playing punk music, they are darn good. Well, the early couple of albums are terrible; they improved with Ribbed. Fat Mike's voice was awful until Punk in Drublic. I can't stand the older stuff, though Ribbed and White Trash... are decent albums for what they are. The Decline is musically their best work. The couple albums on either end of that have their moments as well. I don't really like that music anymore, but NOFX is one of the few punk bands I can still appreciate sometimes.

I would strongly recommend The Decline (which is definitely a "prog punk" album if there ever was one). I also really like So long and thanks for all the shoes, but you have to like reggae and ska to appreciate that one. Also, if you like NOFX you should check out Bad Religion. They pretty much invented that style.

Just for the record I do agree with their politics.

So do I. Though they're not as intelligent about it as some other bands
(Anti-Flag comes to mind), their political morals are very good and in the
right direction in pushing things forward IMO.
One likes to believe
In the freedom of music
But glittering prizes
And endless Compromises
Shatter the illusion
Of integrity
