Some sage advice
A. In Yes's discography remove Tales of Topographic Oceans from the "key albums" list and add Drama. Drama illustrates the band at a crossroads, Wakeman and Anderson left, the Buggles, Downes and Horn, entered the fold yet they magaed to pull a great record, well, persoanlly, its better than the pretentious Tales of Topographic Oceans.
B. Regarding Genesis, add Duke to the "key albums" list for Genesis. This is the best 80s Genesis album and, for that matter, one of the best albums from the decade. Plus, its underscores the potential dismantling of the band, with Gabriel gone long ago, and Hackett's recent departure, Collins re-directs the bands musical course and creates this stunning record.
Thanks

I could of course be horribly mistaking but aren't the keyalbums based on the ratings of the albums???

Correct, as you say King they are not selected by anyone, they are based on the ratings.
