Savatage Live Japan '94 DVD?

I dunno about "Japan Live 94" but I've seen a bootleg one hanging around every now and then on Ebay. I won't buy it coz I have OCD and hate copies.

	Hi! Could somebody tell me if Savatage's "Live Japan '94" has been published as DVD? I mean is there a official version of that DVD? I bought aforementioned DVD two days ago, but I presume that it's not original but have been transferred from VHS to DVD. Thanks in advance!
