here synopsis of what to expect on new g hughes.

1)its nothing like soul mover more aorish melodiic rock.
2)cover of nights in white satin is worth it if u get this edition when .
3)top fave tracks valiant denial, nights in white satin cover of moodyblues, you got soul.

the description of this awesome cd is hughes is diffrent on every release last year he was in the metal mood ..

he goes back to his aorish roots melodic rock vein i give this cd 9 out of 10.
was hoping for more metal cd but still good.

I´ve been meaning to investigate some solo stuff of Glenn, I know he has been jamming with Tony Iommi as well. Which is his best solo album? (with lots of basswork)

Great musician"!

I am a big Glenn Hughes fan and I'm eagerly waiting for his new album. As a matter of fact, he's probably my favourite vocalist - he's got such an amazing range and power that he can sing practically everything.

As to his best solo album, my personal favourite is "The Return of Crystal Karma", which should also include a live CD (recorded in South America). "Songs in the Key of Rock" is also very good, while "Soul Mover" may not be to everyone's taste (though it's a great record, with fantastic vocals and stellar drumming by Chad Smith). However, the two albums he recorded with Tony Iommi are possibly even better than those I have just mentioned: I can wholeheartedly recommend "Fused" to everybody into classic heavy rock. Glenn's vocals are breathtaking throughout!

Thanks for the recommendations, I will look out for Fused and The Return of Crystal Karma.
