Kayak. Both the original five-song suite and the full album they made out of that in recent years are absolute masterpieces.

I haven't heard the other one so I won't vote.
 
But Merlin is an excellent composition with some of his wildest mogo soloing. IT has great melodies, a rocking bass riff, that fast-paced movement ... masterful track!
