Maybe I should have taken off "Gretchen," but what are some of your favorite King's X albums? They're criminally underrated, btw. Maybe not totally progressive, but a fine band anyway. Thoughts?

Iīve just been looking at Digital Dream Doorīs top Prog Metal bands and was surprised to see Kingīs X at number 4!!
According to them itīs
1 Dream Theater
2 Queensryche
3 Fates Warning
4 Kings X

Iīve only heard a few songs of theirs and not an entire album so I canīt comment yet.

Gretchen Goes to Nebraska is one of the greatest albums I've ever heard. "Pleiades" is  progressive metal before Dream Theater. "Summerland" is an amazing ballad. "Mission" just rocks like no other. So many classic songs here.

I actually always enjoyed the "King's X" album...can't go wrong with "Black Flag" and "Lost in Germany", among others! Clap
